Enlarge Your Penis with Penis Enlargement Exercises

Penis Stretching

At the end of every minute, attempt to stretch the penis out by a little bit more if you can. Release your penis and take a one minute break. Repeat the above procedure again but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degree angle away from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right. Lastly, stretch your penis straight out at 90 degree angle away from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis ten light tugs in the same direction.

Penis Milking

Before you start milking, lubricate your penis with baby oil or petroleum jelly..Bring your penis erection level to 50-75 percent by slightly stroking your penis. The penis should be relaxed enough that it’s easy to push blood through it. Never perform milking exercises with a full erection. Use your thumb and index finger to form an OK grip. Place the grip around the base of your penis, as close to your pubic bone as you can.

With light pressure on the grip, slowly move it up your penis. The ideal pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively pushes blood up the penis. Stop the grip just before it reaches the head. You have just completed one milk. Each milk should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds. Do this exercise by alternating your hands and doing it continuously until you are completed 100-200 repetitions.
