Coffee Does Not Dyhydrate Us

The myth that coffee dehydrates us is an example of how establishment science and medicine mindlessly parrots nonsense based on nothing. (The myth that low-fat diets are good for you is another famous example.) In fact, a new study found that coffee DOESN'T dehydrate us: A few cups a day are "as hydrating as water."
