3 Jumps for a Bigger Butt

Plyometric exercises are a great way to get a bigger butt, says Caitlin MacKenna.
To get a bigger, shapelier butt, you'll have to train hard in a short duration. A great way to do that is with plyometric exercises. Plyometrics are basically jumps or hops, which athletes use to increase their speed and power.
