One of the more common penile dysfunctions is penis curvature. It's extremely common for a penis to be something other than straight. Penis curvature is normal, but it depends on the degree of the curvature whether complications arise. Having a curve in your erection can be a painful experience for your partner, not to mention an embarrassing feature for you as well.
What causes this curve? Penis curvature results from having a weak Corpora Cavernosa, which allows the shaft to bend a direction because of the weaker cell walls. This problem can be easily dealt with using an exercise called jelqing. This exercise strengthens your Corpora Cavernosa on both sides of your penis, and will start to form a straighter penis after several months of daily exercise.
My post Exercise for Bigger Erections explains jelqing. Follow those directions except with this little "twist." Begin jelqing by grasping around the base of a partial erection, squeezing fairly tight and sliding it to your head, repeating with the other hand. Every five Jelqs, milk your penis against the curve, bending it the opposite way as you milk down to your head, This will begin to not only strengthen your shaft, and also help strengthen the wall that's curving, slowly training it to bend the opposite way.
As you milk down, really concentrate on your penis transforming with each stroke. Concentrate on visualizing your penis expanding and straightening every time you milk, taking deep breaths through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. With each breath you breathe in, visualize a ball of energy growing and expanding in your stomach and chest. Once you cannot breath in any more, exhale and visualize the ball of energy flowing down and out through your penis as you continue to milk strongly. You will find that results will come much faster when you do this.

Is 30 the New 45?
Poor health makes many young adults fifteen years older than their parents at the same age, says Anna Hodgekiss.
Today's adults are so unhealthy they are 15 years 'older' than their parents and grandparents at the same age, researchers say.
They are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity than previous generations because of poor health, according to a study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Read more

The Anti-Snoring Ring
Can 5,000-year-old technology bring silent nights? Simon Cable examines the claims behind the Good Night snoring ring.
Living with a snoring partner can be nothing short of torture.
But former BBC journalist Rosie Millard claims to have found a cure to a problem which plagues millions of couples.
Miss Millard says she was forced to search for a remedy after her husband recently began to snore, preventing her from sleeping.
Rather than use remedies such as nasal strips and mouth sprays, the mother of four says she persuaded her husband, 53-year-old TV producer Pip Clothier, to try the Good Night Snoring Ring, which works by applying acupressure to the wearer’s finger. Read more

Exercise for Foreskin Restoration
Foreskin restoration is the attempt to reverse the effects of circumcision. Foreskin restoration is very important to many circumcised men. A restored foreskin gives men a feeling of being whole again, that the parts that were cut off without their permission have been restored.
Having a foreskin protects the penis when it's not in use. It also keeps the penis warmer when it's flaccid, causing it to hang lower and appear more "hung" than a penis that's been circumcised. Having a foreskin enhances sensation for both the man and his partner during sexual intercourse. Also, it helps during intercourse because the penis can still thrust in and out of the vagina when the woman is more "dry" than normal without causing irritation to the vaginal wall.
Restoring your foreskin only requires about ten minutes of exercise a day. You need to plan for at least three months of daily stretching to see the results that you desire. You do not need any lubrication for this exercise.
Begin by massaging yourself to an erection. Pump your PC muscle about fifty times or so to engorge your penis will as much blood as possible. Continue to massage for several minutes until you are as hard as you can be. Take your right or left hand and grab around the base of your erection quite firmly. Now pull your hand toward your head, pushing your skin as far toward or past your head as you can. When you feel your skin begin to stretch really well, hold this until your erection begins to soften.
Achieve another erection and repeat the stretching exercise again. Continue this exercise for about ten minutes per day, or as long as you see fit. The longer you stretch the quicker you will see results. The last 2-3 sets of stretches really pull your skin toward your head as hard as you can without feeling pain. Eventually within a few weeks, you should be able to pull your skin past your penis' head. This is when you will startto see real foreskin development taking place. Keep it up. It's well worth the effort! Also, this exercise, when performed daily, will actually help lengthen your penis.

Low-Carb Diet May Slow Alzheimer’s Disease
Dr. Joseph Mercola offers nineteen tips to help your brain stay healthy and sharp.
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the U.S. This fatal and progressive condition destroys brain cells, resulting in memory loss and severe thinking and behavioral problems (aggression, delusions, and hallucinations) that interfere with daily life and activities.
The cause is conventionally believed to be a mystery. While we know that certain diseases, like type 2 diabetes, are definitively connected to the foods you eat, Alzheimer's is generally thought to strike without warning or reason.
That is, until recently.
A growing body of research suggests there may be a powerful connection between the foods you eat and your risk of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, via similar pathways that cause type 2 diabetes. Some have even re-named Alzheimer's as "type 3 diabetes." Read more
